We thought we’d upload a few snapshots from the shop over the next few weeks, just day to day happenings… The first is a gift of plants sent for a housewarming.
Another year? Again? You’d think it wouldn’t surprise us anymore, but it always manages to doesn’t it.
Wishing you all a happy and safe Christmas and New Year, from all the team at Adam’s Garden Florist, and Wilo. We will be opening varied hours over the holiday period, just give us a call to check if we’re open if you need flowers delivered on the Gold Coast, or need to pick something […]
A simple vase of white lilies with lush tropical foliage…
Sometimes you just have to go a little bit over the top, what a wonderful surprise gift though! A large basket full of roses, lilies, alstromeria, orchids, etc…
This morning I felt like going away, do you ever get the feeling? You just want to be somewhere else, doing something else for a while, even just for today. Of course, it’s usually not possible… so today I thought I’d just post some lovely green things that make me happy, inspire me, help me […]
Some days are just oopsy days… We go together like peaches and cream. Make a wish! If you haven’t seen the earlier ones check out this post: //www.adamsgardenflorist.com.au/text-cards.htm Thanks for your super modelling bears! You guys rock (in a quiet happy way, which is the way we like…)!
Experimenting with ideas for how to use these funky candle vases…orchids floating in water came to mind, but there must be lots of possibilities!
Some weeks ago we were asked to do a very special white heart wreath with a feature. Flowers used: disbuds, Polaris and daisy chrysanthemums, freesias, arum lilies. Size: approx. 80cm across.
These are a couple of small starter topiaries we have in store.Β The first is the cutest figgy-vine heart and the second is a lovely ivy circle.
This week’s flower profile is the Ranuncula Ranunculi Ranunculus! However you say it, we love them. A beautiful spring flower that some mistake for a rose, but it has a soft stem, and on closer inspection you will find it’s quite its own thing. It could almost be described a a tiny peony, in a […]
Another way to display your tillandsias that’s so simple but so effective These glass hanging globes are a lot of fun. We think they might just be the perfect gift for someone who has everything. We love the coastal coolness about them. You can get these beautiful examples in store, globes also available separately if […]

Fragrances include: French pear, orange vanilla, coconut and lime, lily and ginger. We think a Missy La’Belle candle paired with a […]

Yes, they’re real living succulents in fishbowls… great for gifts and just for the home too. The main example here is a zebra haworthia – one of our favourite plants, very hardy and easy to look after.
Well, you all know about our penchant for air plants, we found some vintage glassware (including a pear!) to make up this wonderful trio…
We like to show you the unusual flowersΒ we sometimes have at Adam’s Garden, so this week we are giving you a portrait of an giant onion flower – the ‘allium giganteum’ or ‘allium ball’.
